Transaction fees (if applicable) will be disclosed before completion.
Udoir may request legal ID or other verification documents to confirm your identity.
Failure to provide valid documents may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Users may upload service descriptions, portfolios, and work samples.
By submitting content, you grant Udoir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
Users may communicate via phone or in-app messaging.
You agree to use communication features responsibly and not for harassment, spam, or illegal activities.
Udoir uses location, profile data, and preferences to match seekers with providers.
We do not guarantee availability, suitability, or quality of services offered by providers.
Udoir is not a party to agreements between seekers and providers.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Udoir provides the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
Losses resulting from services provided by third-party providers.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid through the Service in the last 6 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udoir, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
